Brr...It's Cold Outside, Bruce! - NEW Handmade Victorian Snowman Doll and E-Pattern

"Brr...Why Is It So Cold, Laura! " is a very unusual snow-lady. You see, she really doesn't like the cold weather. She's much rather stay inside her finely decorated "pink lady" Victorian house than be outside in the cold.

However, she promised her son, "Brr... It's Cold Outside, Bruce!" that she'd take him to the Victorian skating party at Regency Park this weekend.

Bruce just loves to skate and is getting quite good at it. In fact, he's won several figure skating trophies which his mother has displayed on the living room mantle. But, he doesn't just love figure skating. He loves ice hockey too and is also very accomplished at that sport as well. So much so that everyone wants him on their team.

"Brr...It's Cold Outside, Bruce!" is a 9" three-tiered self-standing Victorian snowman warm & natural cloth doll. He has an embroidered face with X-crossed eyes, resin carrot nose, X-crossed embroidered mouth, and blushed cheeks.

He has a full head of straight mohair hair which is barely controlled under his flannel Sculley cap.

He is wearing his favorite lined and coordinated Victorian jacket with top stitching, and cuffed sleeves. His jacket is secured in the front with three buttons.

A fringed flannel scarf is wrapped around his neck and tied in a knot in the front. His skates are flung over his shoulder and he is carrying his newspaper sack. He figured he might as well deliver his papers on the way to the skating party.

Bruce is looking forward to the skating party at Regency Park. Laura would much rather stay inside where it's warm.

Doug, The Handy Dandy Gentleman! - NEW Handmade Victorian Snowman Doll and E-Pattern

"Petronella, The Birdhouse Lady!" is very concerned about her bird friends and their survival over the long, cold winter months.

In fact she is so concerned she asked her husband, "Doug, The Handy Dandy Gentleman!" to make her several birdhouses that she could put in the yarn to help her feathered friends.

The problem is that Petronella doesn't want just any birdhouses. She wants fancy Victorian birdhouses, with style and class. Lots of details and intricate molding.

Doug, on the other hand, doesn't want to invest so much time in making birdhouses that are just going to be destroyed by Petronella's fine feathered friends. He doesn't want to make them, but he loves to please Petronella.

"Doug, The Handy Dandy Gentleman!" is a 13" squared bottomed self-standing Victorian snowman warm & natural cloth doll. He has an embroidered face with black bead eyes, resin carrot nose, outline embroidered mouth, and blushed cheeks. He also sports a cute wool fleece mustache.

Doug a full head of straight white mohair hair that is barely controlled under his lined felt top hat.

He is wearing his favorite felt jacket with white piping along all the edges, a left side breast pocket, and two front pockets. His jacket is secured in the front with three buttons and two large fringed scarves are tied around his neck and then in a knot in the front.

He also has two felt earmuffs over his ears to keep him warm and being the gentleman that he is he's carrying a handkerchief in his breast pocket. He just never knows when his wife, Petronella, will need it.

"Doug, The Handy Dandy gentleman" knows how much Petronella's fine feathered friends mean to her and has no problem making them birdhouses. It's just that to have to make finely crafted and delicately featured Victorian birdhouses for "the birds" is really going overboard.

"Snow Go! Noodles" couldn't be any nicer. He couldn't be any more positive and goodhearted. He couldn't be any more charming, or intelligent, or distinctly dressed. He couldn't be any more of a philanthropist than he already is. He couldn't be any more helpful or physically fit.

Susie Snow, Spoon Me Up and Sammy Snow, Spoon Me Up - NEW Handmade Wood Spoon Dolls and E-Pattern

"Susie Snow, Spoon Me Up" could hardly wait to tell her brother, "Sammy Snow, Spoon Me Up" that the forecast was for a thaw.

You see, "Susie Snow, Spoon Me Up" and her brother are very special snow people. Or should we say - a very special snow-lady and snowman. The reason being - they are not just made of snow. They have wood spoons and cloth covered and padded wood heads.

So, in the event of melting - well, that just won't happen. Or, just shouldn't happen in Susie's way of thinking.

Susie is anxious to see if they will melt so she'd been waiting for the first sign of spring. Waiting for the thaw.

"Sammy Snow, Spoon Me Up" isn't as confident as his sister and isn't sure he wants to test that theory. He's not looking forward to the first thaw as he doesn't want to melt.

"Susie Snow, Spoon Me Up" is a 13" Wood covered spoon snow-lady ornament. She has a wooden spoon body and warm and natural spoon covered body and head. Her face is embroidered and she has two button eyes and a resin carrot nose. Her cheeks are blushed and her head is padded.

She has straight and thick braided yarn for hair along the side seams of her head with the back left bald. A ribbon and ribbon bow decorated straw hat covers the back of her head.

She is wearing a long felt dress decorated with a ribbon trim centerpieces and brass snowflakes. A fringed felt scarf decorated with brass snowflakes is wrapped around her neck and overlapped in front.

Sophisticated Gwen, Happy Molly Angel, and Who Me? Angel Angela - NEW Handmade Angels and E-Patterns

"Sophisticated Gwen", "Happy Molly Angel", and "Who Me? Angel Angela" are a very unusual group of angels. Very unusual indeed.

You see, they aren't at all alike. In fact, they are as different as, well - angels can be.

"Sophisticated Gwen" is the epitome of sophistication and style. She is very much in "vogue" and aware of the latest trends in fashion. Her special charge is to protect all the "high fashion models" out there. It's a big task as, let's just say, the "high fashion models" don't always behave themselves.

"Happy Molly Angel" could care less about fashion. In fact, style and fashion mean nothing to her. She'd much rather spend her day crafting up a storm and doesn't care if she breaks a nail or gets her hands messy. In fact, it doesn't even matter to her if her clothes get messy. Sometimes the messier the better. Her special charge is all the crafters out there. It's a tall order as there are millions and millions of them.

"Who Me? Angel Angela" isn't quite sure why she's here or what her special mission is. When asked to do something she inevitably answers "Who Me?" She's a shy as a mouse and doesn't have a lot of confidence. She's not sure that she's really good at anything in particular and isn't too sure that she'll be able to fulfill her mission. Her charge is all the shy people out there.

"Sophisticated Gwen" is a 5" wood doll pin angel. She has a painted gold painted wood body and flesh painted wood face. Her face is drawn and water colored shaded.

Her satin dress has a wired metallic ribbon overdress. She has a mass of loopy white doll hair along the sides of her head with the back left bald. There is a slim ribbon bow under her chin and she's carrying a small grapevine wreath decorated with thin ribbon and bows.

Andy Angel and Annie Angel - NEW Raggedy Angel Wood Dolls and E-Patterns

Annie and Andy Angel are a very special "pair" of angels.

You see, they are "raggedy" angels and their charge is to protect all the "raggedies" out there. And, that is a really tall order as there are millions of Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy dolls out there.

Annie and Andy Angel are not sure exactly how to go about their mission. They don't know if Annie Angel should take all the Raggedy Ann's and whether or not Andy Angel should take all the Raggedy Andy's. They have a feeling that there are more Raggedy Ann's out there so that is a taller order.

They'll brainstorm together and then decide how they should approach their mission.

Angelic Marion - NEW Primitive Angel Ornament and E-Pattern

"Angelic Marion" might look like the sweetest angel you'd ever want to see, but she is anything but "angelic!"

She's as tomboyish as they come and loves to rough house it with the best of the boy angels. Of course, angels aren't supposed to rough house - at least that's what they've been told.

However, "Angelic Marion" doesn't think a little rough housing will hurt anyone. It's all on good fun. That is - good "angelic" fun!

"Angelic Marion" is a 12" primitive angel doll who is coffee stained throughout. She has a muslin body and embroidered face with black cross stitched eyes, embroidered nose with orange water color shadowing, and an outline embroidered mouth with orange water colored inside. Her eyebrows are embroidered and she has bright orange water colored and blushed cheeks. Her boots are made of lace trim.

Marion has a mass of cream mohair yarn hair glued all over her head. A gold halo hangs over her head.

She is wearing fringed bloomers that are gathered at the waist and legs. Her angel dress has a lace and ribbon trimmed center panel, lace trimmed sleeves and is gathered at the neck. There is lace trimming along the bottom hem of her dress and lace trimming around her neck. A lace ribbon is wrapped around her waist for a waistband.

Her angel wings are lined and lace trimmed along the edges and has a large lace ribbon bow on the back for decoration.

Despite her desire to rough house "Angelic Marion" is very conscious of her "angel" duties and does not take them lightly. She wants to prove that she can be "angelic" even is she is a bit of a tomboy!"

Olde St. Nick - Plump & Jolly! - NEW Handmade Santa Doll and E-Pattern

"Olde St. Nick - Plump & Jolly!" doesn't know what he would do without Mrs. Claus. He just adores her and is astonished at the amount of work she can get done in one day.

She's ready, willing, and able to do anything and anything she can to help.

She might be cooking for him and the elves. They do tend to get a little hungry after all that hard work.

Or she might be crafting something for the good boys and girls. There's always so many presents that have to be made. Everyone has to pitch in and help.

Or she might be decorating for the holidays. They do tend to have a lot of decorations at the North Pole! Floral crafts are her favorite.

Or she might be washing and cleaning. Elves do tend to be messy - especially the boy elves.

Or, she might be exercising the reindeer. They, too, need to be in shape for their journey.

Or, she may be playing nurse to the elves who have the flu. Elves tend to overwork themselves and get a little run down - especially the boy elves.

Or she might be running to the grocery store. Even Santa and Mrs. Claus need to get supplies. They like to shop at the North Pole Walmart.

Or she might be paying the bills. Santa does tend to rack up the bills.

Or she might be babysitting some of the little elves. Reading a story to the little elves is her favorite time because she just loves to embellish.

Or she might be mending some of his suits. He does tend to put on some weight around the holidays and Mrs. Clause has to let his suits out a little. Okay - has to let his suits out a LOT!

"Olde St. Nick - Plump & Jolly!" is a 24" country St. Nick from our "Pleasantly Plump Series." He is a squared bottomed self-standing cloth and wood doll. His arms and hands are wired and his cloth head and cloth body are supported by a wood dowel and wood base.

His face is embroidered and he has blue water colored and sunken eyes, an embroidered and raised nose, and a red mouth. His eyebrows, mustache, and full beard are made of raw mohair. His cheeks are pencil colored and blushed rosy. He has shading under his eyes and around his nose.

St. Nick has a mass of white wool roving hair under his Santa cap. His cap is lined, fur trimmed, tassel and pompom decorated, and is attached to the top and back of his head. His round frame glasses sit on the bridge of his nose.

St. Nick is wearing his favorite holiday jacket and cap. His long jacket is fur trimmed along the sleeve edges, bottom edge, and front edges. It is gathered at the neck and fastened in the front with six DMC embroidery bows. A gold cord is wrapped around his waist and tied in a knot in the front.

He is holding a bag of Christmas toys that is gathered and tied with zig-zag trim.

Santa really doesn't know what he would do without Mrs. Claus. Whether it's cooking, sewing, crafting, cleaning, exercising, shopping, nursing, bookkeeping, babysitting, decorating, reading stories, or one of one hundred other tasks that need to be done she's always there to help.

She is one busy lady and indispensable to Santa.

Mrs. St. Nicholas - A Little Plump, But Happy! - NEW Handmade Doll and E-Pattern

"Mrs. St. Nicholas - A Little Plump, But Happy!" is one of the nicest woman you'd ever want to meet. She loves her life at the North Pole, loves her husband, and loves doing whatever she can to help him get ready for Christmas Eve.

She's ready, willing, and able. Now don't let a little bit of "plumpness" fool you. Mrs. Claus may be "plump" but she is as fit as a fiddle. She has to be to get everything done that needs to be done for Christmas Eve.

She might be cooking for the elves and Santa - they do tend to get a little hungry after all that hard work.

Or she might be mending some of Santa's suits. He does tend to put on some weight around the holidays and Mrs. Clause has to let his suits out a little.

"Mrs. St. Nicholas - A Little Plump, But Happy!" is a 23" country Mrs. Claus from our "Pleasantly Plump Series." She is a squared bottomed self-standing cloth and wood doll. Her arms and hands are wired and her cloth head and cloth body are supported by a wood dowel and wood base.

Her face is embroidered and she has brown water colored and sunken eyes, an embroidered and raised nose, and a red outline embroidered mouth. Her eyebrows are embroidered as are her eyelashes and she has rosy pencil colored and blushed cheeks. She has shading under her eyes and around her nose and pencil colored wrinkle lines.

Mrs. Claus has a mass of gray hair fastened in a bun with bangs under her cap. Her cap is lined, and gathered and is attached to the top and back of her head. Her square frame glasses sit on the bridge of her nose.

Mrs. Claus is wearing her favorite holiday ensemble with matching vest and cap. Her dress has two layers of lace trim on the bottom and is gathered at the waist and neck. Her dress sleeves have two layers of lace trim and are gathered at the shoulders and wrists.

She is wearing a long lined vest that is top stitched along all the edges and fastened in the front with DMC Embroidery bows.

Mrs. Claus is carrying a pine cone, berry and ribbon decorated basket that she made for the front foyer.

She might be cooking, sewing, crafting, cleaning, exercising, shopping, nursing, bookkeeping, babysitting, decorating, reading stories, or one of one hundred other tasks that need to be done. She loves her life - but, she is one busy lady.

She's a little plump, but certainly happy and CERTAINLY able.
